Asa Charlton
Website is saying that Asa has left to Chasetown.
Really liked Asa and thought he looked comfortable with the step up in level this season. Always happy to have a chat on the terraces too. I wish him well.
This seems to signal that John will be continuing with playing wing backs.

Re: Asa Charlton
Sad to hear, but I think he wants the game time and I can't blame him. Aaron is getting the play because of thr wing backs thing and it is working, so I imagine Asa will think this is the right time to move on. All the best Asa, from me and the rest of the Yeltz TV team.

Re: Asa Charlton
Shame, a player who played for us when I first started going down the Grove and when I started going more regularly again last year it was nice that he had returned to us.
I spoke to him a few weeks ago after the Guiseley FA Cup game and thought he was very polite and well spoken, he seemed like he would give everyone the time of day as well as being a good solid player who always gave his all and its sad that he has left us but I understand it's for football reasons so you have to respect his decision.
Good luck and all the best for the future Asa!

Best wishes Asa, always dependable, always committed, always time for a word with the fans. A nice guy!
With respect, at his age he probably wants to play every week and you can't blame him for that. Good luck at Chasetown Asa.

Re: Asa Charlton
Sad but not surprised as he wants to play as much football now in the twilight of his career.
A great bloke and gave this all for this club. All the best Asa.
