Re: Blyth Updates
Nearly 20 years since he took over as our Manager, Stewart Hall was watching the game this afternoon from the Directors' Box.

Re: Blyth Updates
What's he doing now?
He certainly had a "varied" career after he left us.
Small Heath, Zanzibar, somewhere in India I think, maybe somewhere else?

Re: Blyth Updates
Not sure what he's up to now Doc. When he was at Small Heath I think @RJS8337 Richard Stevens was with him and he'll be back at The Grove with Coventry in the BSC.YeltzDoc wrote:What's he doing now?

Re: Blyth Updates
Does anyone have the goal times from today, I think the first was 44, but for the other two I would only be guessing at 82 and 86?

Re: Blyth Updates
So, despite being directly from a corner and having 2 men behind Christie, the linesman still gave this as offside?!

84 and 87 I think according to the announcer but I could be wrong.DanielRolinson wrote:Does anyone have the goal times from today, I think the first was 44, but for the other two I would only be guessing at 82 and 86?

Re: Blyth Updates
Thought we actually played better today but perhaps didn't get the rewards for it, felt our fullbacks were struggling with 2 on 1 a lot of the time, onwards and upwards convinced will be safe mid table
Now for our linesman friend who gave offside from a corner despite what the linesman I spoke to second half tried to claim, he also said, this is a small issue but a pet hate of mine that goalkeepers are allowed to now apparently hold the ball for longer than 6 seconds as long as they bounce it each time. To me this sounds ridiculous and after a small bit of research on the fa website it says no where about that, so where has it come from? Moan over
