Absolutely brilliant and it is double edged for we have our near neighbours and rivals to accompany us, ensuring more than one bumper paydays for both of us. Sadly I feel for Worksop for their demise but the over zealous and premature actions by their board has certainly benefited us .
So the answer to the question is .........M6.

Chuffed to bits that we're going North, having Stour with us is an added bonus and I feel that common sense has prevailed.
I too feel for Worksop but hopefully they can get back quickly, decent club and decent fans based on the ones I met when we played them in the Trophy.
So, we have the derby, another one with Rushall, FCUM, Belper, Barwell (special for me) and a potential weekender in Blyth to look forward to. What's not to like?

A trip to Workington on a winter's evening?

I'm hoping and praying we get them on a bank holiday weekend. I adore the Lake District.

Delighted. Common sense prevails, And just for Westy as he has been ignoring all my recent attempts, there's now a harmony in my head.......

734 miles less according to my calculations.
Although a few 8 hour journeys there are a lot more less than the 4 hours in the South.
So pleased to get to meet FC United and Sourbridge which should bring some good home gates for us.
Pleased for Doc and Poll as well.

Bloody fantastic! That has to be the best outcome for us! At the end of the season everybody wanted to be in the NPL and be in the same league as Stourbr*dge. Just as we were settled for one, we got both! I definitely prefer playing in the north as we get some great away days, but at the end of the day I'm not fussed about playing in either one. I'm just looking forward to seeing the yeltz play at The Grove and being on the road (or rails) for some away days next season!

All is right in the world again
Actually other than for selfish reasons I wasn't that fussed whichever league we are in as it's just brilliant to get back to a more reasonable level. But with both FC United and Stourbr*dge to look forward to - and Blyth Spartans - it's going to be a good one.

Bet the landlord george and dragon in Belper is chuffed. All he wants now is a Sat fixture. :-)
