Unfortunately, she wasn't there this season!
Aye, I was real disappointed.

Not as much as Johnny though.

Best goal
Macca's 30 yard rocket against... Belper? Was having a wee when Ben lobbed - might have to rephrase that :o

Most important goal
Tonks, Loughborough, say no more

Best defensive performance
Unsure if this means individual or team, but I'll say Green

Best goalkeeper performance
Skip that one... .
In all seriousness I remember Matt making a superb stop low to his right against Loughborough at the Grove 1st half; who knows what would have happened had that goal gone in???

Your best day/night (other than Belper)

Hmmm, not one for away days, me. Laugh-wise, Rainworth because Johnny's girl stood him up so he sulked in the 'Nou Camp'

Best goal- Ben10's lob from the halfway line. I bet that still keeps the Tipton goalie up at night!

Most important goal- Tonks v Loughborough, though it would be tight as we've ad qite a few important goals this season (Sheffield, Carlton etc.)

Best defensive performance- away at Belper

Best goalie performance- not sure

Best day- At home to Leek, what a game that was in the shed :o

Best Goal: I'd go with Macca's, great technique

Most important goal: Tonksy v Loughborough. If I could sneak another vote in here I'd consider Joe Hull's goal away at Sutton in the 1-0 win....it was the start of a run we put together minus Ben, I think this started the spell where we started to believe we could nick games if need be.

Best defensive performance: Coalville away in the 1-0 win. Outstanding defending, we had too!

Best goalkeeping performance: Probably Sarge away at Goole. A poor game in very windy conditions, we had chances to win the game but it never happened. Goole gained confidence as the game stayed 0-0 and he made a great save in the last couple of minutes tipping the ball over the bar at full stretch.

Best Day: I'd say walking out of the ground away at Coalville a few days after beating Leek. To beat our two nearest rivals so close together was brilliant. The players gained an enormous amount of belief that night.

Best goal scored this season by a yeltzman.

- Macca goak against Belper home - What a screamer from outside the box past a packed box.

Agree there are others by Ben Chrisite Hull Griffiths and Tonks

Most important goal.

= Christie away at Coalville kept points off them.

Best defensive performance.

Coalville away. Belper as we really needed to keep them out. Golden boot
Frogatt wanted one more goal for club record.

Best goalkeeper performance.

Hard to say as I am always down the striking end and can't see that far.
I think Paul, Sam and Matt have all done their bit.

Your best day/night (other than Belper)[/

Romulus away as it was the first time I hooked up with Rob and Josh (slightly later Bec) and have spent many an hour travelling to, from and at away games. Now consider them as friends. Considering we had never met they could have been nutters! ;) I know I am. ;D

Best goal scored this season by a yeltzman. - Macca v Belper

Most important goal. - All of them!? Tom Tonks v Loughborough must be one as the game was flat and heading for a 0-0, but I'll go for Ben at Mickleover to make it 3-2 just before half-time. Made a big difference to a game that we could easily have dropped points in.

Best defensive performance - Belper away. Apart one shot that hit the bar, a long shot that Matt saved and a cross in the second half they never had a sniff at goal.

Best goalkeeper performance - Matt at Goole, at home to Leek and away at Coalville spring to mind. Last minute saves in all three were crucial, but I'll go for the tip over at Coalville - big big three points!

Your best day/night (other than Belper) - Beating Coalville away.

Only been here since January so bear with me :)

Best goal scored this season by a yeltzman. Tonks against Loughborough

Most important goal. For me, Tilts winner at Sheffield

Best defensive performance. second half at Coalville

Best goalkeeper performance. Sarge second half at Coalville, rode our luck, but a few top class saves

Your best day/night (other than Belper) Sheffield away, gave us the kick up the arse we needed going into the final 2 games, in my opinion it was one we thought we could take for granted.
