Is anyone bothering to go to Belper, end of season games can be a bit dull. ;D ;D ;D

Apaprently theres a lot of things going on in the Belper area on Saturday :D
Belper Meadows Bowls Club Saturday Singles A v Rykneld Bowls Club – starts 1.30pm
Belper Meadows CC 2nd XI v Belper Amateurs CC 2nd XI – League
Belper Amateurs CC 1st XI v Denby CC Derbyshire 3rd XI – League
PROCTORS SPRING FAIR in the Coppice car park Belper. – from 6.00pm
STEVE P Live at the Royal British Legion Club Strutt Street, Belper.
BSP Live at the George & Dragon Bridge Street, Belper – 9.00pm
Chapel Open Day and Coffee Morning at Belper Unitarian Chapel Field Row, off Green Lane, Belper
Belper Badminton Club meet every Saturday 9.00am - 10.00am at Belper Leisure Centre Cost is £1
to say nothing of the good folk of B63 and thereabouts ;)

Darn it ! The Badminton club is too early as I will busy eating my erm... Salad ! Bowls I am too young for and don't have a pipe ! Cricket I wouldn't get in a 74th team let alone a 3rd team and the Spring Fair and the Entertainment at the George and Dragon I will be too plastered to go to. There's something else on starting at 3pm but I can't think of what it is !?

Shame AV misses the bowls. I bet he's a great bowler.

Just wondering what BSP (belper swinging pensioners?) will be performing? because they are on at 9pm this is after the watershed
