I wonder if we could get a load of blue balloons, would look great if 500 ballons were let off as the players came out.

Surely wouldn't cost that much?

I'm not really one for pedantry, but where else would they be from?

As far as I know, Brierley Hill doesn't have a Dutch Quarter. Although times have moved on. :)

You were right, old git! 4,152 to watch FC United play Chorley, with FC scoring two late goals in a 2-2 draw. I'm not sure if anyone pointed it out already, but Chorley won 13-1 on the weekend.

I was a bit concerned to see that Sheffield were postponed again, and whether they'd have to shuffle our fixture to make room, but turns out they're going to play this on Wednesday 23rd (after playing on the previous Saturday and Monday). It might work out in our favour though, as Scarborough will have the benefit of more rest when they play Leek on Saturday.

In other news, Belper sealed a playoff place by beating our next opponents Loughborough 3-0.

4,000, fair play. Some League 1 sides would struggle to get that!

Hopefully the weather will be decent tomorrow and that will bring a few more out than normal.
Let's get behind the boys tomorrow! From all parts of the ground!

Will do my best from my position behind the dugouts - tend to move closer to the shed in the 2nd half if we're kicking that way and occasionally watch the last 20 mins or so in the shed
