Most out of character CB.
I thought you'd have at least picked him up on the less / fewer error.

Fair point re. The turn around in play off fixtures.JohnC wrote:still have to play coalville and carlton twice. it aint over until points say so. i just hope good signal at belper as i expect a lot of phone watching. i think it will go down to end of season.
with the speed the league move at and playoffs within one week of season end appeals will be pointless no pun intended.
Don't forget, the Leek debacle could not only cost a side automatic promotion, it will almost certainly affect the fixtures for those play offs.
Consider if we finish 3rd annd they finish 2nd, by 2 points. Or similar.

Please rearrange the above to form an appropriate, well known phrase.

Leek have been deducted the points won in the match concerned which was zero because the league record says that that the match never occurred. The matter is closed. You might not agree with that but however much you whinge and whine, the matter will remain closed.RaidenYeltz wrote:

Moreover, bitter and ongoing complaints about this does not make Yeltz fans look good. We are better than that
In any case, I would say that the likelihood of any appeal succeeding would be on about the same as the odds on Madeline McCann riding into the Vatican to be crowned Pope next Wednesday on Shergar, accompanied by Lord Lucan on a pogo stick.

I reckon he's got a tenner on that with Bet Fred already.Noggin wrote:In any case, I would say that the likelihood of any appeal succeeding would be on about the same as the odds on Madeline McCann riding into the Vatican to be crowned Pope next Wednesday on Shergar, accompanied by Lord Lucan on a pogo stick.RaidenYeltz wrote:
