Scarborough Saturday

Post by YeltzDoc » 24 Mar 2014, 12:18

From Facebook -
"Halesowen and Leek both have to play us BUT Halesowen are playing us at their place next Saturday when two of our key defenders are suspended, whereas Leek have to travel to Boro"

Does it follow up with:
"So we'll rest all our first team this Saturday as we've no chance of getting anything without our first choice defence. Halesowen can have the points and improve their goal difference. Then we'll wallop Leek at home"?

Thought not.......... ::)

Another possible interpretation:
Our team was indisciplined enough for two defenders to get sent off in the same match, but we are not going to complain about the consequences. No, not at all.
See, I told you we were not going to whine and complain, but it was sooo unfair

Scarborough have two key defenders out on Saturday. We have to take advantage. Our lads will really be up for this I reckon more than ever. It's a really great opportunity to put the pressure on Leek and Coalville.
Let's make it a big crowd and make some noise! Hopefully they'll bring a few which might improve the atmosphere further.

Away support definitely helps. Needs them in the Shed End as per Leek at home, to get the atmosphere going.

If we get anything close to the atmosphere against Leek I'll be pretty chuffed. The away fans will help, and so will more people congregating in the Shed. Let's make some noise the lads are going to need it!
