Refer to us at 'Yelts' this week and say we are playing Gresley Rovers who are no longer in existence.

They truly are a shower of s**t. I'm not surprised it's a free newspaper, I wouldn't pay for it in buttons. Who actually writes for it? They also claimed we won the friendly 3-0 when in actual fact it was 3-1.

Why don't they just copy and paste from here? Some of the posts on the match thread are often quite good. Or the official website.

Seems saft having these two sources available and yet the Halesowen News still gets it wrong.

Unbelievably, this week’s website headline currently refers to us as ‘Yelyz’. Why is this happening? Well, apparently, management have created the ridiculous situation where headlines are written (and pages put together) in Newport (South Wales) by staff with no knowledge of this area. This process is out of the hands of local journalists after their story content is submitted (much to their annoyance). I hate to say this, but I'm confident things will be getting even worse in the very near future….

That's amazing DJ!

I have to say the report in the paper is much better this week.

Nick Pullen still reporting?

Yes, battling against the odds, Nick is still producing the story content/interviews for now (no prizes for predicting where this is leading though...)

Yeah, the Halesowen News is rubbish! My school are on the Halesowen News website (for raising money for the Poppy appeal). They have quoted me and spelt my name wrong!!

My moment of fame is ruined :(

Look on the bright side John, that will make it more difficult for your lady stalker from Rainworth to track you down to your place of work.
