Personally, I'd buy into something like the 12th man :)

To answer this question- Leek odds on at 10/11 and Coalville are 2/1. We are third favourite at 6s and your outside tip Scarborough are fourth favourites at 12s.

On the subject of a 12th man fund, I too like the idea, and I'm pretty sure I'd be willing to stump up £2 per month if it ever came about. My question would be around how much influence the fans actually do get in the money, as I notice that the Solihull committee appears to be people heavily involved in the club already (including our old physio Pete). I thought that you might get more say in decisions (even if it was something as broad as: "which area of the team do you think needs strengthening" or "what part of the ground needs some maintenance"), as without the input, it's effectively just a donation.

I really like this '12th man' fund idea, however if you've only got a small amount of cash extra to give the club I'd hate to see long standing fundraisers suffer.
Maybe a slightly different approach could be taken? If you had the opportunity to throw in a few pennies from your change at the James Grove bar or in the Yeltz cafe it would help. If 100 people threw in 50p every home game there is £50 straight away.
Not a huge amount, but if a local business sponsored the 'bucket' for £10 there is another £10 to the total.
Those who feel they could offer something regularly then great, but the pennies help too and will be a visual reminder/advert to fans who maybe don't follow the twitter feeds, website or facebook.
