2-0 Sim. Bundled in
Keeper fumbled from close range, but it's much more effective this half.
He did indeed. All Sim's work too :)
All in all a very pleasing performance. Battled, worked and also played it about, 2nd half particularily.
The last two games, we've looked more organised and a much better side. No squabbling or getting frustrated with each other. Lets carry that on now.

Players seemed to much more switched on today, chasing everything down.
Helped I'm sure by encouragement and chatter from the dugout.

We seem to be a team again. Players knew roles and worked hard. That alone is a good platform to work from that we seemed to have lost. There is a difference now, it's far from perfect but we are moving in the right direction at the right time of the season with the play offs fast approaching. Loved our first goal today. I thought the long ball from Ezewele ( my MOTM) was hopeful at best until Sim managed to get hold of the ball and hold it up long enough for Insall to run about 80 yards, lay it perfectly in his path, and watch him put it in the roof of the net. Sublime.
As an aside I can't wait to see the photos of the Josh/Jamie love in on the MOTM photos. You couldn't make it up.πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ€£πŸ€£

Yeah Id got Ezewele as MOTM too. Superb going forwards to boot. Insall for me too played really well.

Really tough one today
Hayward and Turton impressed me today.
Only player not worthy of it was Platty, due to efforts of the 10 infront giving him a quiet afternoon ;D ;)

Rich, that said...I thought Platty played sweeper/mopping up first half superbly ;)
