Loughborough Dynamo v Stamford has been postponed tonight, so it's in our hands as to whether we remain top when we go to play Stamford on 19th November now (unless there's some quick old re-arrangements)
Yaxley v Chasetown off as well. Apparently due to 'floodlight issues'. With 60 people coming through the gate though I'm surprised they can afford to switch them on these days.
Perhaps that is the issue ::)

Just seen in the NPL premier that FCUM are top with 27 points from 16 games.
So we would be 6 points clear with 3 games in hand πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
Puts a bit of perspective on it.

Indeed, but I seem to have accumulated more than my fair share of unnerving mates :)

Exactly this. Maybe we are just the Real Madrid of step 4. Their fans aren't happy unless they win the champions league every year. Maybe we should start waving white hankies at games if we don't win by at least 3 or 4 ::) and play Brazil like football in the process.........anyone?

I thought you'd given in. You've made more comebacks than status quo.πŸ˜‰ Fair play to you. I used to be the blind optimist, then old age made me grumpy.πŸ˜‚

We’re definitely a cliche, and you’re welcome to be part of it.
