Can't be bothered with the the teams but squad is split between the 2 games.
Gibson, Evans and Lucas put us 3 up at Cradley.
Molineux and a Hughes penalty put us 2 up at BCR.

5-0 up at Cradley at halftime, and the mobile alerts are getting a bit confused with two games going on at once :(

Disappointingly Hughes took the penalty at BCR. Snapper couldn't get his boots on in time..... ;D

Now I know it's only Cradley and Black Country Rangers, but it's goals and plenty of them. The first time we've scored more than ONE this calendar year!

I know, with respect to them, it's 'only' Cradley Town, but I am yet again left feeling impressed with what I've seen today.

We took our goals very well, and looked very clinical in front of goal. There was a real purpose, direction and structure to our play. There was no rushed and panicy hoofball, all our football was played on the floor.

I thought Rob Evans was excellent, and looked a real threat off set pieces, and Montel looked a real menace whenever we attacked. Those two were the stand outs for me. But I'm still trying to recognise the majority of our players!

I know it's only pre-season, and you have to take a step back and appreciate nothing means much at this stage, but I'm genuinely impressed and excited about where we are going. There is a real plan on and off the pitch, and everything just looks really organised.

It's a strange, but good feeling!
