Massive difference today having Aaron Griffiths in his proper position and Gueyes looking direct.

Definite positives!

Although not a spectacle, a massive improvement on Tuesday. A clean sheet, never really in any danger of conceding, won all our defensive headers and Sarge confident. Still too many balls over the top for me bur thankfully one was chased down against the odds and slotted in for the killer second goal. Still lack a little punch up front and the long balls come back at us far too easily and better sides will take advantage of that. Still, shouldn't be critical on a day when we deserve and win the 3 points and everything looked considerably rosier. Happier.

Yes I think the result and clean sheet were the big positives especially against one of the teams I thought would be up near the top. Let's hope we can build on this on Monday.

What an incredible turnaround. Bearing in mind there were just four days to be at the drawing board, you've got to give credit to the players and management for coming back so strongly from the Stamford game.

Three big improvements made a contribution:
- Return to a 4-4-2
- Picked a team with the maximum experience
- Jean Michel Gueyes
