A nice day out really enjoyed it.

Our lads tried their best today. We were up against a team that last two seasons have failed to gain promotion to the conference.

Our team did not disgrace us today. They did their best.

Sargent was the man of the match for us some brilliant saves.

Dust ourselves down and start again Monday.

We seem to have given a good account of ourselves and weren't disgraced.
Just a step too far today - as most realistically expected.

Heads up - on to Ilkeston.

P.S. I quote the usual after a cup exit: "concentrate on the league." ;)

We won the match of the fans. Well some of us did. Their fans were very quiet with the odd interjection of polite applause.

What is it with these northern clubs. Mushy peas but no chips or burgers. :-(
