An absolute quality performance today. 4 great goals and we looked dangerous every time we broke forward. Thought Tilt was a rock in midfield broke the play up, was in the right place so meant times, our pace on the wings looked frightening, Isedyn held the ball up really well and Ben never stopped working,, in fact the whole team pressed all of the time and forced Matlock into making mistakes. The back 4 were solid we played some good football and mixed the play nicely, hitting some long balls into space and up to Isedyn.

I agree if we play like this week in week out we will be fine in this division, I do think we might not have this much space every week, but with the quality of our play at times we will create. If we play like this against Kings Lynn we have every chance of getting our first home win.

Was disappointed with the beer and food at Matlock, but the view from inside the ground was lovely.

Decent support for the lads today, but would be better still if more stood together and made more noise, hoping next Saturday will see this.

Well done boys great performance, great win, keep it up. Up the Yeltz ! Johnny Hills Barmy Army !

What a beautiful backdrop for a football ground!

A superb result, and outstanding performance. We looked right at it from the first whistle and we didn't give them a second on the ball. We pressed the play high up the pitch, Lait in particular gave the full back a torrid time, he didn't allow him time on the ball and used his pace and trickery when in possession.
There have been some folk questioning the signing of Robinson and JH choosing to play Tilt in midfield but he was an an absolute beast today in the middle and looks every bit as good in midfield as he does at the back. By having him and one of Tonks, Bragoli and Forde alongside Curtis it has allowed us to play two attacking wide players in Thompson-Brown and Lait.
Defensively Hull and Kettle look great in the middle together too and Charlton and Green do what they do every week. Christie, again was a handful and they couldn't cope with his strength and ability to hold up the ball. Ben does what Ben always does and i'm chuffed he's got 3 in 3.

They were, admittedly the poorest side we've played this season, but the main reason for that was because we made them look poor. We've suddenly gained a little belief in ourselves and confidence is looking high.

Well done lads, a great team effort, time now to get 3 pts at The Grove on Tuesday in what promises to be another tough game!

A nice stadium and sunny autumn afternoon.

No Car Parking by the stadium. Not to mention the cost.
Spoilt by a lack of match programmes, only 3 in total I was told!
No Chips, burgers or hot dogs, Just Pies, Mushy Peas, Gravy, Mint Sauce and Sausage Rolls.
Not sampled but was told the beer and larger was off!
A serial flag biter!!! caught on camera for all to see Matlock Knob!
No standing behind one goal as it has temporary fence to the adjacent cricket pitch.

That apart another confident improved performance from our lads.
Another goal for Ben (1 in all last three games).
ALL the players doing well. Sergeant to work on kicking clear in training this Thursday ;)
Our Gaffa's John and Trevor 100th game in charge (even if Trevor as he claimed had missed a game) winning in style 4 -nil.
Great atmosphere. Daz you need to be at all games mate.

Thank you ALL and goodnight.
