And more importantly Andy and myself got 3 points on Fantasy Island :P
Unfortunately HH it was zero points for me, I went 1-0.
Agree with much of what Raiden said tbh, but the quality of the 2 goals made the evening worthwhile. Well pleased for the youngster to get the equaliser at the death, he looked good. Worrying the extra injuries we picked up tonight, judging by the subs we had we're already down to the bare bones.

I think John Hill will do well to look more into the academy. There's a few gems in there. I'm certain.

I believe it was the largest audience to ever witness an NPL fixture. Period.

I thought the ref was spot on, pretty much all game - not sure what the management saw that warranted constant abuse? Especially the end of the first half? Anyone see anything from the ref that I missed?

I think Clarke was moaning about the delaney yellow at HT, which tbf wasn't even a foul but still quite a big over reaction and I personally thought the ref was poor got bullied way too easy by their players for a few decisions especially that big belly flop by the 9 near the end which was laughable

Two poor goals conceded to a just as poor side who could have been there for the taking

Didn't look like 500+ to me either, but no reason to doubt them.

Thought Stafford were a team that came for a scrap and put themselves about from the off.

First half they out fought us bouyed on by 2 sloppy (silly) goals, 1st one especially. If you are going to head the ball as a keeper out of your box, at least head it for a throw in not back into the mix. Stafford player finished it well mind.

As others have said, I thought the Youth team player did welll. He had a hand in the first goal showing good feet at the touch line keeping the ball alive before crossing for the ball to drop for Ben. Cracking finish from Ben. Then capping off a fine performance scoring a well taken goal himself.

Not sure he would have played if Dunkley was not injured, but maybe its forced the management hand and that's a bit of luck we need to turn the corner?

Optomistic to the end ;D

Unbeaten run at home stretched, plenty of positives to take including the firm of
solicitors who got our equaliser :)
