Re: Skem
Never in a million years. Nearer to 43.
Don't blame you Zee.
Couldn't disagree more. If it is going to take relegation to sort out this utter shambles and start afresh, then that's what it needs. Another season of this I just couldn't take. If playing at this level means watching this shit, under this management and ownership, I no longer want it. Were never going to ply our trade at the level we used to so we might as well forget that, we patently cant ply our trade at this level under the current regime, so please lets find our level wherever it may be under a new regime. I no longer care what league were in, I have no answers as to the alternatives, I just damn well know that enough is enough. Everybody I speak to feels the same. RIP the Town I once knew.Johnny Bud wrote: ↑01 Apr 2017, 16:56Full time: 1.0
The 3 points is massive! Wasn't great but we won!

Whilst agreeing with virtually all of your post, I'd like to know who these fans are that keep John Hill in his job?Yeltz27 wrote: ↑01 Apr 2017, 17:18I don't see how anything will change though. Halesowen will stay up, John Hill will be made out to be a hero by a few fans who sadly have too much influence and it will repeat next season. Part of me actually thinks it would be better to get relegated by our owns means (not through the FA), then there's no way anybody can make out the manager should stay. We would then find out who the genuine fans are and at least we could get a proper manager in and start again instead having to put up with this any more. I'd prefer anything to what I saw on the p*t*h the other night and the off the field shenanigans
What proof have you that a secret group influence behind the scenes decisions?

As to the game.
I thought last Tuesday was dire but, true to form, we surpassed ourselves and produced a much more rounded performance of total ineptitude.
Shocking abuse of a player again by the Assistant Manager - if that's motivation he needs to look at his manual a little more closely.
I'm usually there at the head of the queue for "early bird" season tickets, but I'll be holding onto.my cash until I see some really good reason to invest my dough.

I've made no secret of my belief that if certain fans said it was time for JH to go that he would no longer be here. For starters the owner wouldn't have much choice then would he. And you only have to read certain things on social media to see that certain fans believe their opinions should carry more weight than others, for whatever reason. What the likes of Andy, Zee Zee, Josh or myself think really doesn't seem to matter or be of any concern to anybody at the club. We've been told for example, 'if you don't like it go somewhere else,' by a couple of staff and one particularly foul mouthed fan on Twitter. The hypocrisy of the particular fan is extraordinary considering he got so seemingly upset by the events at Marine when the team was criticised. But it's ok for him to do it to fellow fans on social media......yet they refer to us as being toxic.lutleyyeltz wrote: ↑01 Apr 2017, 18:49Whilst agreeing with virtually all of your post, I'd like to know who these fans are that keep John Hill in his job?Yeltz27 wrote: ↑01 Apr 2017, 17:18I don't see how anything will change though. Despte what Zee says about the fans not going anymore, they will be back once things change. Whether others will still be there remains to be seen

Re: Skem
You still haven't justified your claim.thst certain fans influence decisions in the boardroom.

Re: Skem
Great to get the 3 points but another less than entertaining performance.
It's clear from listening to the players and staff scream at each other during the middle of the game that something's got to give.
For example, Delaney getting abuse hurled at him by our assistant manager for absolutely no reason, then subsequently getting taken off...
For me, there's a really negative feel around the club at the moment and you can see it echoed in the players bickering and lack of organisation.
The money has never really been something I've thought about as I love going but I have to agree that £10 is a bit steep when at the moment, there's very little to get excited about.
All I can hope for is a big shuffle at the end of the season, but I can't see it.
