Perfect End to the season

Although the season was turbulent to say the least, i think its excellent to see the way it has all turned out.
Events in recent weeks have evaporated the most of the pain and grief this season has contained. Let me remind you:
- Warsall were victorious from their relegation battle
- Halesowen were bought out by an owner who doesn't have intentions to run the club into the ground
- Villa turned round a relegation battle and finish 9th
- Wolverhampton lost 3-2 and survive the drop
- Birmingham are relegated.

Let us hope such events continue, for example:
- A successful cup run & Promotion for Halesowen
- Blues face humiliation away against Bangor City (instead of European opposition) in the Europa Cup

The New Season - I CAN'T WAIT!

...or for example
Town bounce straight back
Blues win europa cup and and championship, if they can get through about 75 games.
V***a park burns down.

Andy, I can only think that you are suffering with relegation stress, have gone completely mad or are on drugs.

I'm a little worried that I may have found something to be thankful for to the Ingrams. If they hadn't made The Grove a no-go area for me last season, I probably wouldn't have been at Villa Park last Sunday afternoon, having taken a half-season season ticket last November.
It proved to be one of the most strangely enjoyable experiences I've had at a football match and beating a disappointing Liverpool side was only a small part of it. It was the thrilling last 45 minutes of the season taking place at other grounds that really created the sensational experience.
Dotted along most rows were listeners to radios or checkers of mobiles, suddenly they would leap in the air and within seconds that would transcend the whole ground. Compelling stuff......Pavlyuchenko's late winner was the climax.......we're going up, they're going down - we're going up they're going down :).....and Villa finally remained top West Midlands club.

I'll be saving my pennies for 2 season tickets next season.

CHICO !!  CHICO !!
