See!
Ok not a pun, but my sub-editing job at the "Super, Soaraway Sun

Is there mutiny on the good ship Yeltz?
Players jumping overboard - or walking the plank?
All change below decks, me hearties!

So not gone, just offered preseason not deal for the season.
I thought what players may/will leave as not offered deal and what just want a new start due to not liking new management set up/style.
Guess we will never know but hope a certain few players are given deals for next season.

Some will stay. I suspect that some would have left even if Paul had stayed. I think Russ mentioned they needed to want to fight for a place and some were in a comfort zone. Or words to that effect. Guess the wheat ia being sorted. Its nothing new. And heroes are replaceable unfortunately.

That's a thought that hadn't really crossed my mind, in that players may be in the new managers thoughts, but perhaps he doesn't feel they've done enough for a contract for the season and therefore he wants to see how much they want to be here by inviting them to be around during pre-season.
With Greggs, Eze and Jack all declaring they'll not be back next season it's fair to say that Russell isn't too worried about previous reputations or how popular they are with the fans. This bodes well for me, in that Russ has players in mind who he wants to bring in and if players of quality of Gregs, Jack and Eze aren't deemed suitable for next season there must be some good players coming in.
Exciting times.
