The one thing we really need to acknowledge here is that Karen and Keith have acted. They have made a change and given us a chance. ...........

to add to this, it is not the first time that the K's have shown excellent judgement. They gave John Hill a fair chance (which wasn't something that every one agreed with, including me), but reacted soon enough when the time was right.

They resolved the issue promptly when the Rob Smith and Larry Chambers model did not work out (and again acted sensibly when that did not gel in appointing an interim rather than a permanent replacement).

Again they have reacted before too much damage is done this time round. I think that giving people a fair chance but stepping in when it in in the interests of all involved is a fair a decent way of doing things and I think it is a classy way to behave.
