I have every sympathy for their troubles, but we have to put them to the sword on Saturday.

So Yeltzdoc's favourite manager has gone. We shall miss the banter with him and his namecalling at us - not.

Ha, yes. A charming fellow.
And what a wonderfully magnanimous gesture he has made by resigning when the club didn’t give him the budget he wanted.

Rumours circulating that the entire squad has walked out with only some of the reserves left 😳

Can’t find it again now now it was a few of the Spalding players on Twitterfacebookthingy saying we would have an effective walk over as all the first team squad and some of the reserves had left 😳 mind you I’ve heard this sort of bull before and we end up losing 1 0 😂

I have been of the opinion that GD may well decide which team finishes as 'Campiones.'
I just hope that tomorrow our boys have an attitude of 'shadenfreude.'
No sympathy for Daventry during the 90 minutes - smash in as many goals as possible.
Stamford have played Daventry twice already, but Spalding have to play them at home.

Hopefully they will be able to find their way to the ground. Currently no access to Old Hawne Lane or Stourbr*dge Road from Earls Island due to water mains repairs. Diversion is via High Street , Andrew Road and Highfield Lane.

Three Daventry first teamers have posted on Twitter wishing the club all the best. And these are just the ones that I’ve seen. Reserve team manager takes control tomorrow. They are appealing for a physio.

All set up for them to take three points off us :D
