Is there an opportunity

With the world cup being played November/December and as I understand it there will be no Prem or Championship games during this time - is there a chance for non league sides like ourselves to attract much higher attendances to our matches during this time. I think if we can somehow steal a march on other non league sides in promoting our games etc we could get a good slice of the available market (floating fans). You snooze you lose.

What do others think, how could we best do this

I read that Boldmere offer half price admission for anyone with an Albion, Wolves, Blues or Villa season ticket.

I noticed that on their list of admission prices on Tuesday night. They also let me in as an OAP! So, unsusually for me, I bought a bacon cheeseburger with the change. And quite a magnificnt feast it was too :)

This is still valid. Can't believe (unless) I have missed something that no local non league clubs (us included) haven't tried 'something' to attract potentially 'thousands' of floating supporters during this extended period with no prem or championship games. This unique set of circumstances will almost certainly never present themselves ever again. Thoughts?
