Thanks for clearing up what appeared to be obvious re: league games.
Yes, cheers. All as I thought thank goodness.

So drummyb, before you confuse me again let's get this right. If you were to buy a Flexi all would become easy. Simply purchase Flexi book and exchange 1 ticket for 2 pound of potatoes at local greengrocers. 3 potatoes will then get you a ticket from the ground, 4 potatoes will gain you entry on the day. Other potatoes can then be eaten. Do not hold on to them for the next fixture as that will be carrots.

Except for the fact I don’t believe flexi tickets are still available to purchase as we have reached our allocation.

That was another one that confused me a bit. There was a comment about season tickets being "sold out" or similar. Why? I'd have thought that we would have sold as many as possible up until the eve of the season, and kept the flexis going until, say, Christmas?

Not a criticism, as there's more than one way to skin a cat, but something that struck me as unusual.

I’ve lost track of the timeline but I guess it may have been so that we don’t sell more seasons than we can allow in the ground. The flexi tickets, whilst being very popular, make managing attendances and selling tickets quite tricky I’d imagine.

If we've sold 300+ that would be brilliant. I know that there was a record take-up this year, as there should have been given the results / investment / efforts / momentum etc, but this would be way in excess of previous seasons.
Interested to know how many full / flexis we have sold, I bet its many multiples of anyone at this level and more than most at Step 3.

So basically, I can kiss goodbye to any home games for the forseeable. Great..what a fantastic year this is becoming.
For away games do I need a pirate hat and a pair of stilettos??

Not the clubs fault of course, but its fair to say I spent fair few quid over the last few years and quite rightly am right pissed off.

I don't see why that would be the case. My number of "300+" was something that I DIDN'T think it was. I'll guess 120.
So there should be plenty of non-ST tickets available, as long as those who need them are quick enough off the mark.

Ok...a glimmer of hope. I'll try calling the club and seeing the lie of the land

My take on it was only so many were sold so that people who were unable to afford them or not be able to go every week would still be able to go and purchase tickets for home games. Good move by the club to have a first come first served basis on all the remaining tickets so EVERYONE has the chance.
