Brilliant! It shows that players are buying into Paul Smith's plans.

Think this news shows as a real statement of intent that we mean business this year. But let’s not be fooled, despite us being in a lower league we are still as big if not bigger a club than them lot down the road. Always have been and always will.

It’s evident that the players are clearly buying into the managers plans and there is a real togetherness amongst the team, again witnessed tonight by the team bonding curry night out they had at the Flute. Personally thought they could have chosen Blue Spice or the Bangla Lounge as a better option myself ;) but nevertheless this has got to be the first time in about 5 years or so we have a proper squad rather than just a bunch of individuals thrown together and expected to work miracles.

Can’t wait for the season to start now! Up the Yeltz!

Ditto all the above. Jamie looks a quality player to me and he obviously sees this is a quality club to be part of. I so hope we can keep all this together because the future looks really bright.

PS Stourbr*dge, go somewhere else for your players. We've already built one decent team for you, you ain't having another.

They should be going to the Blue Spice, the Flute is terrible.

It's such a shame that his goal last week was not recorded for those who did not travel ... a team move of great beauty finished by a worldie smash from Ashmore that Gary Lineker would have replayed over and over
