Yes ;D
I'll rephrase...will anyone other than Andy, who's driven to the depths of despair, be bothered? ;D

I'm still going to hazard a 'yes'. The badge on the shirt is of a rare type. It does not sit in a shield or a circle, it is its own shape. It has meaning and relevance. It is totally unique in its appearance, it doesn't conform to any stereotype. To lose it completely would be a crying shame. It WOULD be missed. Well done to the club for not letting it die. I would still not see a problem in the club using both crests on any future designs, club signs, programmes, websites etc.
Without a doubt its a very important part of the clubs history and I agree, it would be nice to see it on somethings. I feel the new badge is more 20th century, but I wouldnt be upset, if we reverted to the old badge at some point. I still feel that that crest could be incorporated into a shirt with the new one if neccessary.

You'll all thank me in 2083 when I'm old and St John's Church is celebrating its 1000th year. People from everywhere will say 'ooh that's on Halesowen Towns badge, let's go and watch them'. 'I hear there's even a 119 year old bloke on the terraces ranting about it' ;D

All we need now is a retro team from the 80s or 90s to propel our plucky little club up the leagues.
