Why aren't the news items dated? Seems only common sense to me.
I do think the website needs an update in general. I've never been a fan of the current form, and much preferred the site when Guesty ran it.
I appreciate a lot of work goes on to maintain the website and other social media platforms, so apologies for the moan - I'm just being honest. I find it hard to navigate, and it just doesn't flow right, especially when viewing on a phone.
