Any news on Jack Kelly? With Morris and Platt gone he's about the only other one I would query.

I've checked and I think these two now make it a full squad of 18.

Agreed with this. Didn't Smith try and sign him last season, and Kelly turned it down.

I think it depends of whether Kelly wants to drop a level.

Lee Hughes retained!
Hmm. Two minds about that. I suspect this may be more his level, not for speed but for his brain and he'll have a bit more about him for that. I think he'll be useful in part but not for any future planning. Forwards need to have a bit of pace. Having said all that, he's about my age, and I wouldnt get near him :o

You're right. Struggled in the second half of last season but as you say he may have enough left in him for this level. Will be good for the younger players to learn off as well.

I suspect he will be much more of a mentor to the younger players than spend 90 minutes on the pitch. 8)

Another signing tonight. Luke Rowe an 18 year old midfielder has signed from Coventry City. Seems like the gaffer rates him. https://www.ht-fc.co.uk/player-news

Guilty. I believe it is available elsewhere on the internet though...

We were swamped with spammers for a day or so, which is odd as we have an HTFC themed question to register. But I've changed it to a "much tougher" one now so we should be OK.
