Hi everybody
Sorry is been a while since I last posted, I have kind of fallen out of love with Halesowen mainly due to the poor performances on the pitch.
Instead I have been watching Redditch with an old school friend of mine and I have been so impressed with what I have been watching over the last few months. I started watching them expecting them to have a bad season but their style of play is rather attractive and the results have been pretty good also.
I would love to see their manager Smith being given a chance at the Grove. He did a fantastic job at Bromsgrove on top of the work he is currently doing at Redditch. I think he would be very tempted to join as according to my mate he is from Halesowen or very close by, plus to manage at a higher level would be an added plus factor.
I really want a manager that knows the game, how to make current players better, rather than relying on players they used to know or through other footballing contacts.
What are everybody's thoughts
Best Wishes
Rusty
