Grim. Is there anywhere even remotley decent, away day wise, in that list? Thanks Guesty, for cheering me up in regards to our pending relegation!

Does this prediction 'predict' Bromsgrove will be promoted, even though they're only in the play offs as it stands? If they fail to get promoted, will they end up in our league? It would be best all round if they are, as it certainly was a bigger derby than Stourbr*dge, back in the day - I'm led to believe.
I think it assumes, very mathematically, that the teams with the best records will go up. But that doesn't take into account the randomness of the playoffs! It would be a good derby and a decent money spinner but I hope they go up as they'd probably walk the league next season. They're certainly in a much better place than us right now.

They're constantly getting over 1,000 attendances too. Something we should be looking to achieve. It's not beyond possible for us, either.

The map makes grim viewing as well.

I had (in part of my "we're going down but it won't be so bad" rationale) thought that travelling would come down a bit as we were going more regional but it seems worse! Only a couple of very local games- most of the opponents are down in the Hollywood Home Counties.
I wonder if the average mileage is actually higher next year?
Especially if you look at a median, rather than a mean.

Right, that’s bollocksed HalesowenHarry’s productivity at work tomorrow.

Was going to be my suggestion too Doc.

Look forward to seeing HH’s report on the desk in the morning.

I think that we should also analyse the statistics without the geographical outlier of Lowestoft.
And then again without the attendance outlier of Bumsgrove.

I’ll accept answers as either a PowerPoint or a Prezi.

If we keep this up we could get him fired by the weekend.

On the plus side, it’s the first time I’ve seen our name at the top of any table for many years :)

Only just joined this again....... but here you go, I'm not discounting Lowestoft as don't think that you're allowed to do that to avoid travelling to these grounds ;D

This season (2018-19):-
Alvechurch 18.7
AFC Rushden & Diamonds 81
Banbury United 53
Barwell 45.9
Bedworth United 35.8
Biggleswade Town 106
Coalville Town 48.2
Hitchin Town 104
Kettering Town 72.6
King's Lynn Town 133
Leiston 182
Lowestoft Town 202
Needham Market 157
Redditch United 14.9
Royston Town 117
Rushall Olympic 16.4
St Ives Town 101
St Neots Town 99.9
Stourbr*dge 5.2
Stratford Town 36.7
Tamworth 30.5

Total: 1660.88
Average: 79.09
Longest: Lowestoft Town 202
Shortest: Stourbr*dge 5.2

Next season (2019-2020):
A.F.C Dunstable 94.7
Aylesbury United 84.9
Barton Rovers 96.5
Bedford Town 97.1
Bedworth United 35.8
Berkhamsted 97.1
Biggleswade 106
Coleshill Town 21.2
Corby Town 74.9
Daventry Town 56.4
Didcot Town 91.8
Dunstable Town 94.7
Evesham United 34.6
Kempston Rovers 94.7
Kidlington 72.9
St Neots Town 99.9
Thame United 84
Welwyn Garden City 115
Yaxley 99.4

Total: 1551.6
Average: 81.66
Longest: Welwyn Garden City 115
Shortest: Coleshill Town 21.2

Please feel free to check but as you can see the average has gone up (based on a 21 away game season versus 19 next season). Wow.

With less games next season, we surely can't lose as many games as this season!

If, and in all honestly i believe when we are relegated. Just looking at the calibre of sides we will face next season its gonna be another tough season. I'm hoping we can be far more competitive away from The Grove as barring a couple of performances I think we always raise our game in front of our fans. Our away form really has been poor. I hope we can keep a few of the regulars like Ivor, Platty, kieron and Kelly. Do we think they will want to stay and play in a lower division?
