Re: St Neots
Blimey. The financial realities of football are harsh. We are very fortunate to be in our current off the field situation, which is why it is so important to improve our results on the field to keep the punters rolling in.
If St Neots do decide to take a drop in leagues I guess it's one less for us to worry about though.

I thought about that, but didn't want to appear to be clutching at straws - which I am!

Re: St Neots
They have now decided they will NOT be seeking voluntary relegation to step 5. This will now mean they will be playing for every point to stay in this division, just as we are. The pressure's ramped up another notch.

Re: St Neots
Or they'd considered asking for demotion and realising it could put them at level 6 (with relegation this season plus 2 leagues lower) then step 4 is the softer approach. They've lost 6 players that they won't be getting back. Don't expect them to sign too many........
