Lowest since when?

When we think back to our days in the Banks's League, we think of ourselves winning every year a very low ranking division in the pyramid. Although we were a cracking side, the league was, well, just a regional one. There were many many other leagues at this level. Yet, above us were only 8 divisions, about 176 teams. Fast forward to today, we think we are now playing big boys football, allbeit badly. The reality is there are still 7 divisions above us and 7 more at our level. As we sit in 21st place there are now 294 teams above us in the non league pyramid. ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTEEN teams worse off than when we last won the Banks's 33 years ago. Takes some believing. :-\

Id give my right arm to have that level of sheer joy and excitement again. We were blessed to enjoy those times and that fantastic team. Ill never forget it as long as I live.
