Away travel to AFC Rushden and Diamonds

AWAY TRAVEL: The coach to AFC Rushden and Diamonds on Tuesday November 27th will leave the Grove at 4.30pm please call Sheila on 07983688219 to book your seat.
This will of course be subject to there not being a replay in the FA Trophy.

I still find it hard to believe that Nene Park is no more. Probably the best ground we've ever visited for a league match (Watford doesn't really count). 30 million spent on it and within 16 years it's unused and a few years later simply demolished. Tragic.

Is it actually demolished? I saw a website a couple of years ago showing photos of derelict sports grounds. It was in a right state.

Yep it really has gone. Some time last year. It's raison d'etre was no more.
