Now TWENTY SIX years since Rog and Dave missed a game!! Well it was 10 days ago actually. Atherstone away 10th November 1992. Amazing.

How are these guys gonna get on today seeing as though there’s two games going on at the same time?

This is certainly no criticism of the club, and I actually like the idea of having a split squad play two games, as it gives the youth players a chance to impress.
But if I was on a run, like Rog and Dave, I'd be frustrated that I had to miss one of the games.

We've never counted friendlies. They are too hard to justify sometimes. Kickabouts against the reserves etc. They watch the cricket in the summer anyway. It's just league and all official cup games home and away.

I stand to be corrected but I'm sure I read that the other game is an Under 21 friendly

The squad seems pretty much split between the 2 games at Cradley and BCR. A few new extras in there as well from what I can tell.
