I wonder if there are any Yeltz statisticians out there who may be able to complete my missing 1993/94 stats ? I am trying to find the goal times of the Halesowen goals in their Southern League Cup ties with Clevedon Town that season, the match at Clevedon, 5-2 win for Clevedon, was on 6 October, with the return, a fortnight later, ending in a 4-0 win for Halesowen on a freezing cold night if I recall. I know that, in the match at Clevedon, Harrison scored in the first half and Hazlewood added a penalty in the second half but to complete my records I'd love to know the actual goal times.

The return match at Clevedon was 1-0 at half time and I know that Wright scored 2, with Patrick and Hazlewood adding the other goals. Frustratingly I was at both matches but either forgot, or later lost, the goal times for Halesowen. I've been on the excellent History page on the website but couldn't find a contact address so your Secretary wisely advised me to come on the forum and ask you fans ! I know it's all a long time ago but I'm trying to fill in any missing gaps for that season and can't find any copies of the SL bulletin which would have included them....

I too went to both games, could not believe the comeback at our place. Will see if I can find anything out if our main man Chas doesn't post anything in the meantime.

I think it was Henry Wright who scored 2 in the 2nd match, coming on 2nd half sub

I may have this written down in my old fashioned 'every match I go to get's written down' or on the back of both match programmes..........

Not too much to add except to confirm it was Henry Wright (rather than Evran) who scored twice in the 4-0 second leg on 19/10/93. His first goal came in the 46th minute after being introduced as a half-time sub for the injured Paul Joinson (see attached Sports Argus article). Also, Malcolm Hazlewood’s goal in the first leg was definitely a penalty. And the 1st Leg programme is still for sale on ebay if your appetite has been sufficiently whetted:

Gentlemen, thanks ever so much for all your help and advice. I know all the scorers in both legs now, and the half time scores, so that will have to do, goal times was always pushing it !
