Any movement?

As stated previously on the website:
'All parties are hoping to have everything complete by the end of March'
Assume this means both the investor and Karen aswell as Lynch wanted this done asap. And by the end of March? Is there any reason for no visible progession in terms of the takeover? I dont want to come across as if i'm having a go, i just hope it gets done swiftly as it seems a low price that Lynch is asking for.

2 weeks ago the completion was 2 weeks away. if the S&P completions had been made, I would have expected that there would be an announcement. Tammy Lynch is still shown on Companies House as a Director

Hi All

We are currently going through the sales process between our respective solicitors and are progressing as quickly as we can, but it is important to dot all the i’s and cross the t’s and to do it properly.

We are pushing hard for closing out the sale by the end of the season. I am at the game on Saturday and I am happy to talk to anyone that has questions. As you will appreciate, it’s not appropriate to go into any detail on a public forum.

Rest assured I will let everyone know as soon as it done.

Thanks

Kind regards, Karen

I am sure that all us would agree that that it’s important to get the loose ends tied up properly. I agree that few weeks at this point is relatively important in the longer term

Thanks for sharing Karen

For the long term stability of the club everything has to be legally watertight.
However, I'm sure that all fans are eager to see our club transferred into the hands of people that we know, and trust, which explains the question; " is it all done and dusted?"
We're like kids at Christmas, counting the days to getting what we want.

I'll second this!

In the names of Karen Brookes and Kevin Ford.

Should we be worried by the “AFC”?
