Stourbr*dge 'fans'

Post by andy » 07 Oct 2017, 18:52

I know it's not our problem but Stour really do need to sort out their little kiddies fan problem. I know they had a couple of thousand (less any neutrals) there today and the vast majority were run of the mill decent people there to enjoy the game. But this problem with the kids throwing all manner of items (and getting away with it) and being generally foul does the club no favours at all. My suggestion would be to take down the segregating fence, they would be nowhere near as 'brave' without it.

PS. That stewarding from an official company looked pathetic. Ferret would have done more.... ;D

PPS. It would be good to hear what TRM thinks about it.

The segregation caused the problem. Without doubt.

100% agree Josh. They wouldn't have had the bottle to throw things at us without a fence in the way. It's a real shame as many of them were wearing the 'official' track suits of their underage teams. 9 year olds spitting at away fans and using the 'c' word doesn't look good.

I wash my dirty linen through the proper channels, rather than in public.

Just thought as you were a regular on here joining in on our woes, you may have had an opinion to share on a problem of Stours.
