Not trying to put the grim reaper on things, just looking at our league record since last October.... We need an improvement on the pitch and fast if we are not to go down this season in 24th place.

We have played a total of 40 League games since the start of last November,

We have won 8 games - 20% (Coalville, Whitby, Skelmersdale x2, Hednesford, Mickleover, Barwell) - All bottom half apart from Whitby.
We have drawn 9 games - 22%
We have lost 23 games - 58%
Average PPG - 0.825. This would give us a total of 38 points if we spread this over the 46 league games this season.

Just to put this into perspective, Skelmersdale were relegated last season with 24 points - PPG 0.521.

The poor results AND performances have been going on much, much, longer than that.

Try 21/02/15, the match after we reached 50 points (home to Curzon).

Since that moment, it's been a nose dive, which will ultimately end in relegation unless swift action is taken.

I would suggest even further back than that way days. Try the year that we were promoted. The standard of football, even though we had better players then, was mainly very poor but we put together a late run and with the other contenders falling by the wayside, supporters were carried along on a wave of euphoria to the title but that only papered over the cracks, hence the statement in John Hill we trust.

Our league record since we reached 50 points;

Played 104
Won 30
Drawn 27
Lost 47

Win % 28.85
Loss % 45.19

Average points per game 1.12

Over a 46 game season that would equal to 51.52 points.
