Hopefully to add a bit of steel to things. And two months is also very good. I'm aware loans are frowned on by some people, but we've had some really good loanees over the years (and not just talking the last 5 seasons).

Anorak style question alert! Are these first loan players we've had from Crewe since Richard Walker and Jason Burnham? (I believe initially Jason joined us on loan from Crewe before becoming more permanent feature in the team)
