I have recently watched the video of the start of the pitch renovation. Its great to see the work that was desperately needed started early enough to give it time to be ready for next season. Its no mean feat to get a pitch ready from scratch, so hopefully the contractors are seeing the job through to completion. I know from personal experience that weeds on pitches this year seem to be a big problem, especially bellis perennis (daisies to you
), and now that should not be a problem for us with the work being undertaken.
