Old and New

Morning,
Increasingly when I look on the forum these days I see the words of the subject matter used more and more, especially on the Matchday threads.
I presume that with the length of time and the way I stumbled into the club that I'm perceived as a newbie.
One thing that does concern me is the divide that there seems to be between the two, for want of a better word, factions.
This situation isn't healthy at all, and although as football fans we are the most fickle people in the world and you are never going to please everyone all the time I think its time that all this back biting stopped.
To that end I'd like to know what we can do to stop this divide that seems to be causing unrest.
I assume that at the end of the day we all want what's for the best of the club so whether you are a volunteer (there's no such thing as a commitee) or fan so what can we do?
answers on a postcard.....
