I know it`s a bit early for a "end of term report" but you may be interested in my feedback about the dozen or so games I have seen at the Grove this season.
My first love are the Baggies but this season I bought a Flexi Season ticket for Halesowen. There have been times at the Hawthorns this season watching the football on offer that I realised how much I was enjoying my trips to the Grove.
The standard of football has mostly been quite enjoyable however I like to see a settled eleven but I realise loaning players from Kiddie is essential in the current economic climate.
Everyone I have encountered at the Club have been friendly and welcoming i.e. turnstile, programme seller etc. and I love the atmosphere created in the shed especially in the second halves.
My favourite match was the Easter Derby against Stourbr*dge, slightly spoilt by the windy conditions, but an example of togetherness overcoming a team of individuals who, it seemed to me, thought they only had to turn up to take the points.
As regarding attracting more through the turnstiles I don`t think the Club can do much more as I have found no cause for complaint.
I will be back again next season though whether it be a full or flexi ticket depends on whether Tony Pulis will be plying his trade elsewhere!
Thanks,
