maybe they're particularly good when it's raining! Seriously though , there were only formed in 2012.

I know I am being selective here, but I think I still favour trips to the likes of Cambridge, Weymouth, Dorchester, Cirencester, Stratford etc over a day out in Barnsley, Hednesford, Stafford and Skelmersdale.
We could be losing some of the better ones in the North as well like Stamford, Rammy and Whitby.

If Stourbr*dge somehow go up, then I'd happily go back south again, otherwise I'd prefer us to stay north

Funny, ain't it?! Even though I think the NPL is more competitive than the SL, and a harder League to get out of (though not all of our fans agree), I'd far rather stay in the NPL if we don't go up. For my money, it's a million times better in most respects than the SL.

Agreed. Better people in the North by far. The Southerners are not half as welcoming

I'm not very impressed with the standard in this league, if I'm honest.
I believe if we keep the current group together and add a little bit more quality wise and get rid of those who clearly aren't good enough, we could easily reach the play offs, or at least have a push for them next year. Could we do likewise in the South?
Darlington are about the best I've seen this season. The rest have been average. Salford and Stourbr*dge in relatively recent games (Boxing day is recent, surely?) haven't been impressive. Infact there's a good argument we deserved to win those games. And they're supposedly two of the best teams in the league.
