Pearson, Charles and McGee have left!!

"Management Duo Hill & Clarke can tonight confirm that Greg Pearson, Anthony Charles and George McGee have all left the football club. We would like thank the trio for all their efforts this season."

I like "we would like thank the trio for all their efforts" ....certainly not been considerable !

What do we reckon then? A falling out? Players unhappy? Or freeing up wages for our new star signing??

Not a great deal of quality. It's best the aforementioned players were moved on, ASAP.

There's still a number of players at this club who I share a similar opinion of.

At least the management also recognise this and at least these exits make way for new signings. Hopefully of a higher standard. I can't see us bringing in much worse!

It's a start. I hope to see more outgoings and even more new signings.

I would like to thank the three , eh, players for leaving.

All three have been a disappointment, it has to be said. I have no idea, but I would hazard a guess that Pearson and Charles were on a relatively decent wage, so would hope this has been done to make some space for new arrivals.

Hate to piss on all your chips, but don't we think it could be just a budget cut? Hope not as we've hardly got enough players to fill a bench. Here's hoping......

Interesting point. Attendances have been slightly down, and a relatively early cup exit...

I just believe it's a management choice, as the three players have been very poor for us.

I expect new signings shortly.

My votes on budget cut...

Hope not, we'll soon see if any new arrival/s are forthcoming. Personally i would like to see the combined wage savings used on one decent centre forward.
