Big tests ahead
October could prove to be a very telling month for us. Hopefully we can now take this excellent win at Matlock into a very tough run. Having already faced most of the sides around us at the bottom, we now embark on a run against 3rd, 4th, 5th, 9th and 12th as well as a cup tie at Guisely, doing well in the Conf North. If we come through the rest of this month relatively unscathed it will be a great achievement.

Re: Big tests ahead
We have nothing to fear, any team can beat any team in this league. Witton were the only side to have really beaten us comprehensively this season so far and they've fell apart since.
If we show the same attitude, desire and commitment as we have in the last three games we'll do just fine. The sooner we get our first home league win the better though.

I think John Hill pulled off a master stroke with these last 2 signings.
So much competition in the squad now, and i think he has shown that everyone, however good they are, and however much they featured last season that they aren't too good to be dropped.
Confidence is starting to return, just need a decent result on Tuesday now.
