Noggin, that programme will be gratefully received. Games against them in the 60s were few and far between

and the programme I already have is the 1966 Bham Senior Cup tie. I expect yours is one of the 2 earlier FA Cup ties - one score was 0-6 so there's life in those grey cells still
There were some great 60s Yeltz players in our side that day:
