What an utter load of crap got beat so blames the pitch
1 goal from a free kick
1 from a corner
1 from a great move
Needs to improve his team at defending plain and simple!

Does not like being beaten. Sutton were thrashed. His team were toothless, if number 9 spent more time trying to play football instead of fouling he might attack a team. The pitch did not smell of stinking rubber like Coles lane neither did you have a bouncing ball followed by a black cloud dust.

Look at your team and tactics rather than blaming the pitch for your battering. You want to know where you can shove your 3g pitch. Perhaps you need to contact rent a fan as well.

Positive you did not get sent off and also kept 11 players on the pitch this game.

If there is anything wrong with the pitch (which there isn't) it's clearly AVFCYELTZ's fault ;)

Had Real Sutton Madrid have won the game would he have felt the need to comment on the pitch? Of course not!

The reason it might sound bitter is because it was bitter, How pathetic? He chirped some comment to us behind the dug out in the second half about us "Piping up now we're 3-0 up" and "We only heard you having a go at the ref". Nobody likes losing, but his team we're beaten by a better team. Once we stopped getting involved in his teams scrappy approach to the game there was only one winner. We even beat them on his own teams carpet last season. I guess he has to let the people of Sutton know what happened in the game as nobody could be bothered to travel the few miles to Halesowen to watch non leagues answer to Ajax.

Sorry but felt the need to register and reply to this post.

If I may start with the positives from Saturday as I was 1 of the 12 hardy souls who made the trip all the way across to your ground. Your club is certainly one to be jealous of as you have what I call a proper non league ground and your support can not be questioned as you are very well supported and we were made to feel vey welcome. Of course when you have a large following there are always a few idiots who felt the need to give us a little abuse once you were winning but that's part and parcel.

I think you going a little over the top our manager is very honest sometimes too honest he gives your team credit in his piece and he also says you are very good at what you do. Before posting this I have looked into your posts on recent games and a lot of you are saying its long ball and very little football being played. During the first half your fans were moaning about the style of play and getting frustrated with the players. You came to ours last year and beat us as did a fair few but I believe we were one of only a few to beat you at yours (you didn't give us credit then it was the refs fault) my point is this season we are a totally different team and we are playing a lot more football as we had too with teams coming to us and playing us of our rubber carpet pitch. If our manager says neither team could play on the pitch I believe him and if you want to think its sour grapes then carry on but for the eagle eyed followers on twitter ask yourself why your manager agreed with a tweet from our manager about the state of your pitch but has since deleted it ????

As for our brute of a number 9 what did you want him to do not put himself about. Your very own Mr Christie made a very good living from doing just that a few years back and just for your info we have picked up only 4/5 bookings this season so not so thuggish after all.

I enjoyed my trip despite the result and I wish you all the best for the future

perhaps he did genuinely think the pitch was poor but that doesnt escape the fact I havent really seen any other teams moan about it and what is he expecting anyway? unfortunately grass is a tad more difficult to maintain..
