Average would have been 367 in the north but distorted by FC United.

Worthy to note that we had an average of 375 this season, the fourth best already in the Southern League!

I'm not liking these figures at all... The away support will be poor who come to the Grove and by the look of it we'll be outnumbering home fans at some away games!

Home average of 172 in the Northern League D1 South last season. Represents a 100 increase.

Good point. How much more will it cost the club to be in the Southern rather than Northern?

That was a genuine question by the way! :)

If we had 700+ Yeltz fans at every home game it wouldn't matter that there wasn't many away fans. As for going away, it was great going away and outnumber ing the home fans. No reason why we couldn't do it again. Get your pissed off Villa, Blues and Albion mates down there next season.

Very true! I'm also guessing there'll be a few pissed off Villa, Blues ans Baggie fans!

If we could get 700-800 at The Grove regularly next season then I'm confident we could overrun some grounds on our travels! Let say 25% of the 700-800 decide to go to all/most/a few away games next season then we would have some cracking away followings next season! 700-800 might be a bit unrealistic, but getting 500-600 last season would have been an unrealistic ambition!

Blimey from the time of this post (far too early for a teacher to be up) you must be getting nervous for Saturday's game. ;)

Yes folks Robin blue wig will be on our forum as a wind up merchant. However unlike blobby who seems to have disappeared his banter is in good fun and not personal and he will willing sell you a golden goal and speak to you at Chippenham.

Only thing is warning to Raiden there are no pubs near the ground and the bar is up stairs above the changing rooms. I think we should take a hard hat, high vis jacket and safety wire for you. ;)

Oh and nice food - well it was last time we were there.
