League & Fixtures 2014/5

Post by YeltzDoc » 04 May 2014, 10:12

From the Northern League site -

FA Leagues Committee should announce club line up for next season on 15th May.

NPL AGM & Presentation Night 14th June with fixtures to be published hopefully for 17th July.

The delay in fixtures is due to having to wait until the Football League and Conference (who in turn have to wait for the FL) publish theirs. A good number of our clubs ask to be paired with fixtures from those leagues.

I think the guy oozes class. The fact that the team has no ego's is indicative of his management. Last week he was giving everyone credit for the title success and he almost came across as being embarrassed at receiving praise.
One thing I noticed yesterday was after the presentation John and Trevor left the pitch quite quickly and left Kev Barry and John Morris to enjoy the moment.
Classy, and we're lucky to have him.

Another one to add, Tividale Away 31st July.

Even though I have added that page I won't place an article on the homepage until all confirmed.

Re; league allocations. At what time will the announcement be made as to where we'll be playing next season?
And before the wits reply - yes, I know we'll be at The Grove! ;)
