Thanking should not be a competition.

Yes, a lot of people deserve thanks for the achievements we've seen of late. Most notably (more visible) the players, management and coaching staff.

But following a deletion of a post aimed towards thanking Mike I feel a need to create one.

Without Mike this club would not be what it is today.

Without other people doing a lot behind the scenes it wouldn't be what it is today.

I know Guesty does a lot which is under appreciated.

So yeah, thanks to Mike and you will be a bigg loss.

Yes credit must be given to Mike he has done what Nigel Pit told him to do a few years back and 'put his money where his mouth is'
Yes loads of people have given up lots of time for HTFC but this guy has literally put thousands into the club this season and having the foresight to co-fund the new bar in the ground resulting in a much needed source of income direct to the club.

I must admit I was never too keen on him but I now find him to be an approachable chap who is honest and not up his own backside etc. I particulary like that fact he never seeks praise - just like Colin (Brookes not Bobble that is !)

Here here, without Mike's financial backing, the season could have been a very different story.
